DFW Clean Cities Membership Benefits and Expectations

Membership is always free!

Benefits for Fleet Members (any organization that owns/operates a fleet of vehicles)

Member Promotion

  • Acknowledgement on DFWCC website with logo links to member website

    • Fleet Recognition awardees will receive top spots

  • Access to member-specific merchandise (e.g. vehicle decals)

  • Opportunity for Published Case Studies/Success Stories and/or Member Spotlight on website, e-blasts or monthly Newsflash

  • Acknowledgement in Clean Cities Presentations

Networking

  • Access to Member-only events

  • Member-only Directory with peer contacts with associated technologies and alternative fuels

  • Opportunity to Partner with and/or present at applicable events

Technical Assistance with:

  • Annual Survey

  • Fleet tools

  • Fleet analysis (ex: best applications by vehicle type)

  • Technology Assessments (ex: refueling station availability)

  • Grant/Funding opportunity assistance (eligibility assessment)

  • Access to technology/troubleshooting assistance available through national Clean Cities Network, including US Department of Energy National Labs

 

Expectations of Fleet Members

  • Annual Completion/Update of Member Profile (available online here)

  • Attendance at a minimum of one event/meeting a year

  • Adoption of Clean Fleet Policy*

  • Submission of Annual Survey* (due every February)

*Completion of these items is required to be eligible for Fleet Recognition
 

Expectations of General Members

  • Annual Completion/Update of Member Profile

  • Attendance at a minimum of one event a year

  • Distribution of DFW Clean Cities information and events
     

General Members have the opportunity for exposure and recognition through the DFW Clean Cities Sponsorship.

General Membership Includes all stakeholders that do not own or operate a fleet, which can include:

  • Industry Organizations & Vendors

  • Interest Groups

  • General Public & Interested Citizens
     

DFW Clean Cities reserves the right to evaluate membership and sponsorship according to the goals of the Coalition and host agency, the North Central Texas Council of Governments.
